Role: Ops Manager - Mining

Location: Far North Qld

Expected Salary:  250k to 350k

A mining company has an upcoming vacancy for a Ops Manager within the mining space that will be recruiting in a couple of months. 

While mining experience is ideal, they are looking for someone who can lead staff, address staffing issues and performance, build relationships with the local community and undertake a full and regular inventory of assets, and well as other delegated operational roles, and will be very much a boots on the ground role.

This role will involve travel to four different sites, with onsite accommodation, and ideally would like to recruit a veteran.

Role expected start in the new financial year, and is a remote living role with a high degree of working independently and under pressure.
